The original Comiskey Park stood for 80 seasons as one of baseball's most storied venues. It was the site of the infamous 1919 Black Sox scandal, hosted the first MLB All-Star Game in 1933, and saw Bill Veeck's exploding scoreboard era. The new Comiskey was built directly across 35th Street.
